The process begins with pattern making, developed from a sketch, technical drawing, or reference image. This crucial step is implemented digitally, where decades of expertise in garment construction shape your concept into ready-to- sew garment structure, taking precise consideration of all desired design elements and silhouette.

SAMPLE MAKING
Through sample making, we bring the pattern to life, allowing you to test and confirm fit, silhouette, and style details before moving into production. This stage provides the opportunity to adjust and perfect the garment, minimizing risks and ensuring confidence in the final design.
PATTERN DIGITALISATION
We also specialize in pattern digitising, converting paper patterns into clean, editable computer files. These digital patterns can be easily stored, modified, and developed using industry-leading CAD softwares, enabling greater flexibility and efficiency in the development process.
PATTERN GRADING
Our services extend to pattern grading, where designs are carefully adapted to multiple sizes while maintaining the original style and proportions of the garment. This ensures consistency and fit across a full size range.

MARKERS
To complete the workflow, we provide marker arrangement, optimizing pattern placement for efficient fabric usage and reduced waste. Final marker files can be printed on a plotter machine, ensuring accuracy and a smooth transition from digital development to the cutting stage.
